Call for Abstracts

Abstract Submission Guidelines

▪ Language: English
▪ Length: Typically 250−300 words (excluding title and authors; detailed format to be announced on the conference website)
▪ Structure: Background, Methods, Results, Conclusions (for empirical work) or a clearly defined topic and objectives (for policy/ educational abstracts)
▪ Submission method: Secretariat Email office@ksds.re.kr
▪ Presenting author: Clearly indicate the presenting author and preferred presentation type (oral or poster). The scientific committee may reassign the presentation type based on program needs and review outcomes.

Oral Presentation

▪ All presentations must be delivered in English
▪ The standard presentation time is 20 min, including 5 min for discussion.
▪ The presentation computer supports Windows OS and standard fonts.
▪ Please arrive at the session room at least 10 min before your session.

Poster Presentation

▪ Standard poster size: A0 (841 mm × 1189 mm), vertical orientation
▪ Poster numbers will be announced through acceptance email
▪ Poster mounting time: [13:00, 03/26/2026]
▪ Poster removal time : [13:00, 03/27/2026]

Evaluation / Judging Criteria

▪ Scientific quality & originality
▪ Clarity of visual presentation
▪ Methodological soundness
▪ Contribution to drug science fields
▪ Ability to explain and discuss the work during judging

Review and Selection

▪ All submitted abstracts will undergo peer review by the scientific committee based on scientific quality, originality, clarity, and relevance to the conference themes. High-scoring submissions may be selected for oral presentation in themed sessions; others will be assigned to poster sessions
